At Oceano Kidz, we believe in customer satisfaction. We have a 7-day exchange policy for goods in original condition. Please contact us if you would like to arrange for an exchange.
If you received a defect item, please notify us within 7 calendar days of receipt via email. Please provide your order number, details of the defect(s) and attach any pictures or videos, to highlight the flaw(s). Once the defect is confirmed, we will send you a replacement and collect the defect item.
